The Petroleum Alliance’s biggest event of the year returns to the Four Seasons in Las Colinas in 2021 after a one-year, COVID-imposed hiatus. The Annual Meeting features three days of industry speakers, networking opportunities, exhibitors and a whole lot of fun. Attracting hundreds of industry professionals, the Annual Meeting is one of the largest conferences in the nation hosted by a statewide oil and gas organization.

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY: On July 5 the Resort will collect a one-night non-refundable deposit for room and tax. The remaining reservation balance will be taken July 22 (14 days prior to group arrival). This is also non-refundable. Guests must cancel or change their reservation on or before this date to avoid any cancellation penalties. Card given at the time of booking will be the card charged for the balance.
