Mark your calendars for June 2, when The Petroleum Alliance will welcome guest speaker Chuck Yates for a special Wildcatters Wednesday.

Yates, host of the popular podcast “Chuck Yates Needs a Job,” headlines the first indoors event for the Alliance membership since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The evening event, sponsored by INSURICA and Privateer Consulting Services, will be held at 5 p.m. at the Skirvin Hilton in downtown Oklahoma City.

Yates serves on the Advisory Board of Montrose Lane Partners, an investment firm partnering with technology companies that provide digital solutions for the energy industry. Previously, he was managing partner for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors’ energy private equity activities. In this capacity, Yates led the strategic direction and execution of the firm’s investments in early stage oil and gas exploration and production companies while managing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s private equity energy funds and its portfolio companies.
