EPA’s final New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) OOOOb/c rule became effective on May 7. The rule regulates greenhouse gases and volatile organic compounds from new and existing oil and gas facilities.

The Alliance will hold a workshop (free for Alliance members) on June 26 that will focus on several specific regulatory compliance issues with NSPS OOOOb, include an operator panel discussion, and provide the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division’s recent and future actions on NSPS OOOOb/c rule.
