Speaker McCall was first elected to the state House in 2013 and was elected to serve as Speaker in 2016. This year, the former Atoka mayor begins his third term as Speaker. He is the longest-tenured Republican Speaker in state history and shares the record for length of service with four other former Speakers, all Democrats.

Sen. Treat was unanimously selected to serve as President Pro Tempore in 2018 and, this year, begins his second term in the Senate’s highest leadership position. He previously served as Senate Majority Floor Leader, as an Assistant Majority Floor Leader and as a Majority Whip. He previously served as chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Public Safety and Judiciary as well as a member of the Appropriations, Health and Human Services, Judiciary, Energy and Rules committees.
