The Midcontinent Energy Forum is a non-technical event open to all oil and gas industry professionals hosted by our industry collective.

The event is scheduled for July 18 at the Jones Assembly in Oklahoma City beginning at 1:15 p.m. with a “state of the industry” from Derek Detring of Detring Energy Advisors. Other speakers include keynote Grant Muncrief of Coterra Energy and an operator panel led by Continental’s Aaron Chang that includes James Head of 89 Energy III, Tim Beard of Chesapeake, and Jeremy Ensz of Ascent Resources.

The forum concludes with a networking reception from 4 to 6 p.m.

The industry collective is comprised of oil and natural gas organizations in the Mid-Con region that have come together and created a space where groups across various disciplines in the oil and natural gas community can network and support each other.
