Oklahoma City University Professor Meredith A. Wegener, J.D., LL.M. will present “The Green Guides to Sustainability and Fossil Fuels” during an Alliance Lunch & Learn on Aug. 4 at The Petroleum Alliance Headquarters.

The Federal Trade Commission announced it will revise its environmental marketing claims guidelines — the Green Guides. What will this entail for businesses marketing sustainability in a fossil-fueled world, and, in turn, what opportunities will this offer the oil and natural gas industry?

Wegener is a professor and B.C. Clark Jr. Chair in Legal Studies and the director of graduate energy programs at Oklahoma City University Meinders School of Business.
