On Dec. 2, EPA issued its final New Source Performance Standards OOOO b/c rule that regulates greenhouse gases (GHGs) and volatile organic compounds from new and existing oil and gas facilities. The Alliance will hold a free training session on Jan. 25, that will provide an overview of the rule, an operator panel discussion, and a lunch speaker who will explain how the rule ties in with the forthcoming methane tax rule, the GHG reporting rule, and Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance.
