Oklahoma’s oil and natural gas leaders showed support for Sen. Judiciary Chairwoman, Julie Daniels Monday at a reception hosted by The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma’s PAC.

Senator Daniels is one of our industry’s strongest supporters at the capitol and is also very highly respected by her colleagues. She has been extremely helpful advocating for pro-industry policies, including support for long laterals, and against numerous tax increases. Senator Daniels says she appreciates the support from Oklahoma’s largest industry and will continue to fight for us at the capitol.

“You’re the strongest industry in the state. I’m always glad to welcome you into my office. I appreciate your support and thank you for all you do for the state,” said Sen. Daniels.

She has also been a leader on judicial reform and preventing harmful rollbacks of workers comp laws.

“It’s critical that we support our friends and those who fight for our industry,” said Alliance President Chad Warmington.

Special guest Senate Pro Tem Greg Treat agreed.

“Senator Daniels is key to keeping the progress we’ve made in Oklahoma,” said Treat.
