Michael McKenna, president of MWR Strategies and a contributing editor at The Washington Times, will be the featured speaker at The Alliance’s October Wildcatters Wednesday luncheon, scheduled for Oct. 2 at the Tulsa Country Club.

A veteran of state and federal government, McKenna served on President Donald Trump’s transition team for the Department of Energy in 2016. He launched the energy lobbying firm MWR Strategies 15 years earlier.

McKenna has worked in senior positions in government agencies at the state and federal levels, including the Department of Energy, the Department of Transportation, and the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality.
