After careful consideration of COVID-19 pandemic status, state of the industry and the need of our members to conserve critical capital, the Executive Committee has opted to move our November Annual Meeting to virtual only.
For those of you who have registered for the 2020 Annual Meeting, your registration will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund. In addition, all rooms at the Four Seasons booked in our Annual Meeting block will be cancelled at no cost to you. No further action on your end is necessary. Please, don’t hesitate to contact Lauren Burnett with questions at Lauren@okpetro.com .
The virtual Annual Meeting will be scheduled for Thursday, November 12, 2020, with a morning panel covering the results and policy implications of the November 3 election and a special keynote with Alex Epstein, author of The Moral Case for Fossil Fuels and founder of the Center for Industrial Progress.
Senior VP of Membership & Development Natalie Kinmonth will be reaching out to sponsors to discuss options that accommodate your needs.
The Alliance will continue its robust webinar, Morning Fuel, and virtual policy discussions. Our regular Wildcatter Wednesday luncheons also are going virtual.
While we will not be meeting in-person at The Four Seasons Las Colinas, we will continue to lead on your behalf and are taking all proper care to ensure that we remain a valuable asset to your team. Our top priority is your safety. Be well.
